Students enrolled in the Cinema Studies section of the agricultural engineering program, accompanied by the artist Anne-Sophie Emard as part of the SUC’s “Arts, Sciences, Techniques, Society and Cinema” workshop, have created a video installation within the walls of their establishment. In an outdoor passageway linking two buildings, they have designed a space for the projection of images on screens made of plastic film.
The inter-row is the space between each row of seedlings. This title evokes the almost non-existent border between private and professional life in the farmer’s daily life. This is what the images reveal confronting shots of the large scale of agriculture with those of the daily gestures of farmers in their intimacy.
Students : Marine Brunet, Maude Château, Nathan Daval, Mathieu Fouquet, Elie Grinfeder, Fanny Jaillot, Charline Lapasset-Gardes, Margot Monnier, Antonin Pecqueur, Jénovéfa Philippot.
