VIDEOBAR #42 : Video_Age 2.3

On 13 October, VIDEOFORMES presents Video_Age 2.3 (live) in partnership with Fotomat’.

For 30 years, VIDEOFORMES has been writing some beautiful pages in the history of international video in Clermont-Ferrand. In partnership with GRAND CANAL, another French video player, the images are collected and reactivated. They mark out a path and are supported by a new sound creation each time.

Dozen is the solo pop-electronic project created by Côme Ordas, in collaboration with Tom Couineau.
After a solo career under the name of Comausaure, Côme Ordas, a young composer of electronic music, moves from a cinematographic universe to a new format illustrated by the song. Tom Couineau joins him under this new label, with several projects of all kinds behind him. Inexhaustible with talent and insurmountable rhythms, he brilliantly experiments with the concept of acoustic electronic sounds.

Dozen sails on the waves of pop-music, and keeps his sails inflated with cinematographic experimentation, Jazz, New-wave, or even Classical influences… It is thus the union of two apprentice researchers passionate about sound experiments, united in a common project and ready to share them live.

Kawrites is a 19 year old artist from Clermont-Ferrand.
Musician since she was 10 years old, (guitar, then percussions and bass), she now composes and produces her own tracks using machines, synthesizers, in a style close to electronica and progressive electronics. Her music can be characterised as melodic and emotional.
