Shot in Beirut, a city in perpetual reconstruction that crystallizes many contemporary issues, the film ties the question of the poem and its form to the political question of space.

Thus linked, poetry and politics can no longer be thought of in the closed dialectic of the time (the “either the return to tradition and its exclusive values, or the universal reportage and the unlimited all-is-commodity”), but require a singular invention and the new affirmation of a “common”.
