Chapelle de l’Oratoire
Free access
At the invitation of VIDEOFORMES, David Blasco invests the Chapelle de l’Oratoire as a research and exhibition space by deploying his work in progress over two periods.
Entitled “Unicum”, the artist develops a first device which, like a teaser, lays the foundations of a fictional territory.

David Blasco lives and works in Clermont-Ferrand. He has been developing a multidisciplinary artistic practice for several years. His work proliferates in a system of grids (x,y,z), a no man’s land of virtual perspectival space, and skilfully moves from drawing to model, from computer-generated image to in-situ realization. He has exhibited his research in France and abroad, notably in Japan where he began the Assembly System series. His latest in-situ installation Keep-your-powder-dry was realized in Cerbère in June 2018.
